Dell’s all new U2713HM 27-inch monitor leaked to the web earlier this week and today, it has officially showed up on company’s Japanese website. As mentioned in the leak, U2713HM belongs to Dell’s Ultrasharp series and features a 27-inch AH-IPS panel with LED back-lighting. This is Dell’s first monitor using AH-IPS panel and it adds the display maker to a very exclusive list of AH-IPS adopters. This screen can output 2,560 x 1,400 and consumes 36% less energy as compared to its predecessor, the Dell U2711. In terms of display input, it comes with HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA and DVI-D. It also has a four-port USB 3.0 hub. Currently, its up for sale in Japan for around 50,000 yen; that’s around US $640. There is no information about its availability in USA and other regions of the world.
