First clear image of the upcoming AMD Radeon R9 370 has surfaced and its by none other than the Alienware. They posted an image on their Twitter account showing the reference design of the Radeon R9 370 along with the Radeon R9 M390X graphics chip. Both these upcoming GPUs will be based on the 28 nm Curaçao silicon. In terms of memory, they’ll come equipped with 4GB of GDDR5 memory thanks to the 4 Gbit memory chips which are becoming mainstream now. Furthermore, the Curaçao silicon features 1,280 GCN stream processors, 80 TMUs, 32 ROPs, and a 256-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface.
AMD is expected to launch these graphics cards later this month.
