At the end of October, Bungie announced that Destiny 2’s first DLC would be released by December 5th. Now the company has discussed details of how exactly the release will work. Players can start preloading the expansion pack starting at 8 AM PST on December 5th. Xbox One users will require 44 GB of required space, PS4 users will require 88 GB of free space, and PC users will require 68 GB of free space. Users can follow @BungieHelp on Twitter for updates, including downtime and actual release information.
The team also released a weapons and armor preview. You can see a bit of the powerful new gear and emotes in this video:
Bungie decided not to do a Curse of Osiris livestream in light of the recent criticism they received from their fanbase. Players bascially found out that the XP system in the game was rigged. Bungie has since then been tweaking the game according to player feedback and is smoothing out the rough patches.
