Corsair has produced a great gaming mouse with a moderate price tag in the shape of Vengeance M65. It brings considerable improvements over its predecessor; the M60. The new 8200 DPI sensor is one of the major improvements. It brings way more precision and a broad range of sensitivity options to the mouse. Furthermore, the tested and proved tactile feedback buttons, the solid scroll wheel and the sniper button add a lot of undeniable value to the M65.
In terms of design and built quality, the Vengeance M65 might be best mouse in its price range. The unibody aluminum structure with high quality solid plastic panels on top of it leaves a long lasting impression. Furthermore, the finish on the plastic panels is very pleasant. However, the texture on the side panels might get dirty very quickly due to their tendency of catching dust particles.
Likewise, the weight adjustment system is also one of the more sophisticated ones out in the market. It gives you liberty to adjust weights from three zones of the mouse depending on your likings.
However, the size of the mouse might be not perfect for everyone. It’s a bit on the bigger side and people with smaller hands might have issues in clicking the sniper button. So, I would highly suggest everyone to try it once before buying it.
All in all, priced at $70, the Vengeance M65 is a very good mouse and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to anyone who is looking for a feature rich but moderately priced gaming mouse.
