Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 3 a few days ago to the delight of every phablet lover. It’s an improvement over its predecessor in almost every way. Bigger screen, bigger battery, lighter in weight and more powerful than ever. Needless to say it’s a very impressive piece of engineering. What really matters to consumers however is the price and the date when they can get their hands on the big smartphone. If you happen to reside in the United States, some information about carrier availability has been leaked.
Verizon, the big red network, will be stocking the Galaxy Note 3 from the 6th of September. Price starts at $699 without contract, $299 with a two year contract and $599 if you choose to purchase the Galaxy Gear along with the phone.
AT&T has already started pre-orders for the phone. Price starts at $300 for a two year contract or $35 per month if you choose to go ahead with AT&T’s Next package. The expected date of shipment is around October 1st.
T-Mobile has the Note 3 on their Simple Choice Plan for $199 up front and consequently $21 a month for two years and expects to ship October 2.
