The latest SSDNow E50 drives are designed for the performance-focused organizations who are not looking for high endurance drives but a more cost effective solution compared to Kingston SSDNow E100. SSDNow E50 is an ideal solution for tasks such as data caching, frequently accessed data within applications, online transactional processing and virtualization performance. The new enterprise SSD also reduces I/O Latencies and server bottlenecks with the help of greater IOPS and higher bandwidth.

SSDNow E50 comes with an improved lifespan and data integrity protection via DuraWrite technology that reduces the number of Flash writes on the SSD using an intelligent compression engine. RAISE, another exclusive technology reduces the number of uncorrectable errors. SSDNow E50 also features power failure protection to prevent data loss during power loss or interruption.

“We found that there was a demand within our customer base and partner community for an SSD that offers enterprise-strength reliability and superior features but with lower endurance capabilities and associated costs,” said Nathan Su, Flash Memory Sales Director, APAC Region, Kingston. “Based on this feedback, we developed SSDNow E50 and are pleased to further expand Kingston’s SSD family to support the evolving needs of our customers and partners.”
