This seems to be a high time for Pakistani telecom and tech companies to be rebranding themselves. A couple of weeks ago, Mobilink revamped and relaunched their sub-brand Jazz along with rebranding MobiCash as JazzCash. They were followed by a completely new look by Zong. Now, QMobile, the biggest smartphone manufacturer of Pakistan, is rebranding themselves.
QMobile has been around for about 5 years and this is their first rebrand since then. They are known for very aggressive pricing and marketing.
“We are extremely excited to announce a completely new look for our brand & feel that it’s a symbol of our commitment towards innovation & above all a Connected Pakistan,” said Mr. Zeeshan Akhtar, Chairman and CEO of QMobile.
He further added, “Coupled with this refreshed look, we have an excellent range of devices launching in the coming weeks, which we believe will take the market by storm due to their beautiful looks, affordable prices and innovative features.”
QMobile’s new logo is a simplified and more modern version of their previous one. In addition to the new logo, QMobile is also completely revamping their marketing strategy which is pretty evident from a new TVC which just started airing. The mobile company seems to have moved away from computer made graphics and jingles to stories and emotions that humans, especially Pakistanis, can relate to.
