Razer has updated the design of one of its first gaming mouse. The Abyssus 2014 comes with a lot of changes to the original design, most noticeable being the textured side grip and new 3500 DPI optical sensor. It comes with high tactile ergonomic buttons and support for Razer Synapse.
Razer Abyssus 2014 Features
Razer claims that the three buttons on Abyssus 2014 have a life span of 5 million clicks and it features a state of the art of scroll wheel. The hyper-responsive buttons utilize Omron switches and give a tactile feedback to your finger tips for pin point precision.
Abyssus 2014 features a Razer logo on top with green LED lighting. The mouse also supports Razer Synapse which acts as the ultimate mouse configurator with all profiles saved on the cloud. It allows users complete control over their mice with the help of advance customizable options.
Lift-off tracking allows users to adjust the height of lift-off from the surface at which tracking is cut-off to eliminate any cursor jitters. Surface calibration monitors everything about the surface used for the mouse including color and topography. This helps adjusting the sensor settings on the mouse according to the surface.
The mouse resembles Razer Taipan in terms of design. Abyssus 2014 is ideal for claw grip users and the textured grip on the sides allow for better grip and fast reflexes without losing control.
